It features an entwined figure, forming a hollow center large pear shape base and a twisted top. Each hollow base showcases a pear cut 6X4mm sapphire nestled inside it. The entwined exterior has a plain gold base, while 22 pave set round cut diamonds adorn the sides and the twisted top. A milgrain finish completes the look.
