Customer Service Representative

Don Victor Jewelers, a family-owned jewelry store catering to the Hispanic community & voted Coachella Valley’s #1 Jeweler is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, both in-store and over the phone.

Job Duties:

Greeting and assisting customers in-store and over the phone
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
Assisting customers with product selection and purchase
Processing transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
Providing product and company information to customers
Ensuring that the store is clean and well-stocked
Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a retail or customer service role
Experience working in a luxury or high-end retail environment
Familiarity with jewelry or luxury products

10am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)

10am - 5:00pm (Saturday)

Closed on Sunday
